In living the values we are trying to promote, Framework has built in local leadership where we encourage constant feedback about what is working (and how to we do more of it), what is not (how do we reduce challenges) and what are the new ideas (how do we inject that learning into the Timeraiser). Co-chairs and leadership volunteers become our gateway to success: helping people connect to causes they care about.
