Welcome to the Timeraiser Planning Site (Under Construction)
This is where all the time sensitive materials related to a Timeraiser will be housed. If it is relevant to a planning and hosting a successful Timeraiser, you can find it here.
Our goal is for local volunteers to plan a Timeraiser so it suits each city. By providing as many tools and templates, we hope that provide as much support as needed but stay out of the way as much as we can.

Step 2: Build a solid plan

Step 3: Mobilize Resources

Step 4: Secure a venue
The Timeraiser works best in a big room, where participants can intermix between engaging causes and spectacular artwork.
Step 5: Engage Charities & Artists
Depending on the size of the venue and the established budget, a Timeraiser can showcase between 20 to 50 agencies and artists.
Step 6: Prepare Promotional Materials
We have nice flyers, posters and other important promotional items. We could use some help producing them, and distributing in the right places.
Step 7: Promote Event & Sell Tickets
Ticket sales begin approximately 6 weeks before the event. We need a great awareness plan to make sure we hit our numbers. Selling tickets is a key goal.
Step 8: Volunteer Orientation
This is mandatory. If you want to volunteer the night of the event, then we have a brief, but informative orientation to ensure you know how the night works.
Step 9: Host Event
All the hard-work culminates the night of a Timeraiser. Be prepared to represent the front-line of volunteers who will help raise thousands of hours to important causes.
Step 10: Post Event Wrap-up & Evaluation
Your feedback is critical to ensure continual improvement & Timeraiser. We have a simple, but important survey process that we hope you spend a few minutes on.
